Editor's Notes:
We’re literally (pun intended) bursting with pride to bring you an other edition of American Fiction.Gary Schwind graces us with his book reviews and Craig Gehring has written a piece on Ben Hecht; also we have included the first two installments of A Devil's Tale. July will be gone before we know it, and that means the "dog days of summer" , so get in some mid-summer reading with all of us here at American Fiction. CP Team
